Do you access our CRM directly?
No. PRG operates on exported CRM data only — CSV files you provide. We never request login credentials, API keys, or direct system access. This independence is a deliberate design principle of the Revenue Risk Framework. It keeps the analysis unbiased and easier for leadership to trust.
What is the scope of a PRG engagement?
Every PRG engagement is a fixed-scope, one-time written deliverable with a defined timeline. PRG is a measurement practice — we quantify structural exposure and provide a written recovery roadmap. Your team or your existing CRM partner executes the remediation plan. We do not offer implementation services, CRM configuration, live consulting, advisory retainers, or ongoing engagements. Repeat diagnostics can be ordered at your discretion on a per-engagement basis.
How does communication work?
All PRG communication is handled via written correspondence — detailed, documented, and designed to be shared across your leadership team. Written clarification on diagnostic findings is included with every engagement at no additional cost.
What happens after payment?
After payment is processed via Stripe, you receive a confirmation email with data submission instructions. We request your CRM export files (CSV format) and deliver the completed diagnostic within 48–72 hours of receiving complete data.
How is this different from a CRM consultant?
CRM consultants configure systems and optimize workflows. PRG measures structural revenue risk using an independent, deterministic framework. We do not sell CRM services, and our analysis is not influenced by implementation revenue. The distinction is analogous to the difference between a building inspector and a construction contractor.
How does PRG ensure classification independence?
PRG operates solely as a structural measurement practice. The firm maintains structural separation from CRM vendors, consulting firms, and system integrators. Classifications are produced using a deterministic evaluation framework — same dataset, same framework version, same result. This institutional structure ensures that classification outcomes are independent measurements rather than advisory opinions. Full governance commitments are documented on the Measurement Governance page.
What is the Diagnostic Clarity Commitment?
If the diagnostic produces a valid issuance and identifies no governance-relevant findings — meaning no structural pattern detected by the framework's deterministic rule set — we will refund the full diagnostic fee. If a verifiable scoring or processing error is identified relative to the submitted export file, the analysis will be corrected and reissued at no additional cost within 30 days of original delivery. Every submission is logged with a unique audit token and dataset fingerprint under the framework version in effect at issuance.
The commitment is to analytical precision — the same dataset will always produce the same classification.
Can you invoice us instead of using Stripe?
Yes. We can issue a prepaid invoice upon request. All engagements are prepaid — work begins after payment is received.
What if we need clarification on the report?
Submit a clarification request through our contact form or via email. We respond within one business day. Written clarification on diagnostic findings is included with your engagement at no additional cost.
Will someone contact me after I run the Free Score?
No. Free score submissions generate a single automated email containing your results and diagnostic context. There are no sales calls, follow-up sequences, or recurring outreach. Escalation to a paid diagnostic is entirely at your discretion.
Do you store our exported CRM data?
No. Personally identifiable information is scrubbed before analysis. Exported CRM data is evaluated under controlled processing standards and discarded after scoring. No client data is retained beyond scoring metadata required for version tracking and support token resolution.
What does a diagnostic actually reveal?
PRG publishes a representative structural profile illustrating what a typical mid-market diagnostic surfaces — including before-and-after measurement metrics, domain-level findings with severity classifications, and the governance delta between reported and structurally verified pipeline value. The profile is illustrative, not a specific client engagement.
What industries is this designed for?
PRG is designed for structured CRM environments with defined stages, ownership discipline, and forecast accountability. It is most applicable to B2B organizations between $3M–$75M in annual revenue. Industry is less relevant than CRM maturity — if your team uses a pipeline with stages and close dates, the framework applies.

Is this sales training or coaching?
No. PRG diagnoses structural governance gaps, not sales methodology or rep performance. We measure the system, not the people operating within it.
Does this involve CRM migration or configuration?
No. We measure what exists in your exported data. No platform changes, no external market data, no third-party enrichment. PRG is independent of your CRM vendor and implementation partners.
Is this demand generation or marketing analysis?
No. We quantify pipeline health and structural exposure, not pipeline creation or marketing effectiveness. The diagnostic focuses on what is already in your CRM, not what should be entering it.
Will this replace our forecast process?
No. PRG identifies structural risk underneath the forecast — it does not adjust next quarter's numbers or produce coaching plans. Think of it as the foundation inspection that informs the forecast, not a replacement for it.
